- Definition
- Objects originally created to communicate information to people. Unlike Advertising Media, a Documentary Object is not generally intended to elicit a specific response in regards to products, services, or events. Instead, it presents a point of view, an image, or a set of ideas, often with the aim of enlightening or swaying the attitude of people. This class includes printed documents on paper and also non-print, non-paper objects that serve a documentary purpose.
