- Definition
- A stilt-like, platform for shoes consisting of two upside-down plastic cups or buckets and a pair of ropes usually fastened to the base of each cup. Used by youth for play and practicing hand-eye coordination and balance while walking. The ropes are used as handles and safety lines.
