- A wooden utensil consisting of a pair of wooden sticks, fastened together at the flat end with a peg secured with a nail or a leather strap, each stick tapering to a set of rod-shaped handles. Used to extract hot lard out of cooked porkfat by squeezing it in a tightly wrapped cloth.
