Definition
An electronic game played on a device, such as a personal computer or a console, equipped with a gaming device or controller, such as a joystick. Usually restricted to devices designed after the late 1970s for microcomputers, arcade systems, or dedicated consoles. Used by one or more players for the purpose of entertainment or competition.
