Definition
An unstructured outer garment consisting of a piece of fabric of various sizes and shapes, (such as square, triangular, or circular). It is typically made of lace or woven wool, cotton, or silk and may be fringed. Worn mainly by women over a garment and over the shoulder for warmth and also to complete the attire.
