Definition
A tool consisting of a round or flat, flexible iron rod attached by a brass ferrule to a turned wood handle. The tip or the rod is flat, may be curved, and may have teeth or a slotted eye. Used by harness makers and saddlers to stuff flock into cart saddle panels or to stuff the cantle and other parts of riding saddles.
