Definition
An instrument consisting of a small, flat or round stick of wood, metal, bone, plastic or paper with a point at one end or both ends. Some wooden types are impregnated with a flavored substance and may be decorated at one end. Complex types may be fitted with a cover to protect the tip. Used to remove bits of food from in between the teeth.
